Standardisation is an important strategy to achieve uniformity in development and also cut out the wastages in time and cost due re-inventing the design/process in every project, which in the first place do not require re-invention.
Standardisation should be done only for those activities where we have achieved a more significant optimisation in terms of design and development or those where we need consistency across all projects.
PMO & TISS teams have taken tremendous efforts in arriving at the standardisation of the following processes/design/methods. As we keep delivering the projects, our endeavour will be to keep standardising a few more activities & designs.
TISS shall, on quarterly basis, check and update the standardisation based on lesson learnt and R&R approved.
Produce list from PMO
Access to the details of the standardisation is restricted to select users. While currently, it is available in the 4sightview, our endeavour is to move the same into Data repository of the ERP with restricted access.
The PMO shall be responsible for maintaining the standardisation roster under ERP repository and TISS shall be responsible for updating them based on the lessons learnt, in consultation with PMO.
