6. About the Development Plan

The development plan in divided into 4 stages with sub-stages with in, as under;

Out of these, the first 2 stages are managed and closed by the Concept Design Development (CDD) team and the remaining by the finance and GM’s team. On completion of each stage, the concerned stage owner needs to pass on the mantle to another team and this happens by way of handing over certain set of documents, data and checklist. The detailed checklist to be filled in for handover is given as Appendix 4

Rule 6.01 DP stage initiation

Unless the earlier stage of the Development plan is concluded, next stage of development plan should not be initiated. Any deviations in the development plan steps needs authorisation from the Group CEO.

NOTE: The Development Plan by itself is not a process document but outline of sequence of tasks to be carried out by various departments to achieve the overall end goal of the plan i.e. Start of Construction (SOC) at site. For process, one needs to refer the detailing of the critical tasks.

Scope of ERP

In detailing each of the tasks, there are more than one process involved. Not all of them are covered online under ERP, some parts of the critical processes need to be done offline.

The development plan gives the critical tasks. Critical tasks have been broken down into, Processes and Best practices. The processes involve;

(a) ERP online based actions and

(b) Offline actions.

The ERP based actions online and offline combined complete the task.
