Whether it is municipal approval, environment approval, or fire department approval, every approval comes with specific terms and conditions to comply in the future. Similarly, the SEZ approval project sometimes has certain post-approval compliances as such Special Economic Zone has certain dos and don'ts and periodical reporting and submission of reports.
Once all the approvals are obtained, the GM office shall prepare a comprehensive report consisting (a) post compliances to be done as per the approvals received (b) various do's and don'ts for SEZ compliance applicable for the Project (the master document of compliances to be made available by Approval department as part of ERP repository) and (b) Periodical reporting required to be done. The primary responsibility of this compliances shall be with the GM office except those which are to be provided by other departments which shall be identified and notified by the GMs to the concerned departments.
