Turner 21 is a set of standard process followed by Turner in implementing projects across the world. In all about 21 different aspects of project management have been detailed with flow chart and step by step actions to be taken under them.
While some of them have been already customised for Phoenix with modifications, in all about 11 of the 21 will be used for Phoenix.
