Like GC/Contractor, the site team under GM office could have constraints not raised by the Contractor, yet relevant for the Project. The Contractor may often not raise all the constraints, but the GM office can volunteer and raise a CRP request based on his judgment and estimation, should the constraint reside in the realm of Phoenix to be resolved.
These constraints are raised through the weekly meetings between the Construction Manager and the management or weekly review meetings between the GMs and the management.
A different questionnaire format has been used to highlight the constraints observed by the site team and needs resolution. Constraints under this category are mostly interdepartmental support required for the Project and could include external issues as well.
