Process Owner | CDD & GM office

Closure of Gateway is an essential milestone in the development program. The gateway closure (Stage A & B) indicates that the project's designs are completed, and the Project can physically go on ground subject to Municipal approval and Funding. From here onwards, the GM office takes the lead in driving the development plan.

Gateway closer is done in 2 parts. In the first part, the CDD team shall make a presentation to the GM office closer to completing the Gateway and taking necessary feedback. After completing the Gateway document, formal handover shall happen by uploading all the drawings in the ERP and transmittal of other documents by uploading them in the ERP repository.
